Jessica led a comprehensive brand strategy project for Brown Bear Bakery, a local Cincinnati-based bakery, with the goal of modernizing its brand identity to better resonate with Gen Z and Millennial consumers in the local market.
Leveraging a mix of eye-tracking technology, quantitative surveys, A/B testing, and competitive analysis, the project uncovered deep insights into customer behavior, perception, and emotional connection to the brand.
This Brown Bear Bakery project leveraged deep consumer insights to inform a comprehensive brand strategy, encompassing a targeted social media approach rooted in authenticity and local storytelling, a cohesive visual refresh across digital and physical touchpoints, the launch of a monthly newsletter to foster community, and digital mockups illustrating enhanced UX and brand consistency. The work demonstrated a strategic ability to transform behavioral data into design-forward marketing solutions that elevate brand relevance, strengthen emotional connection, and drive meaningful engagement.
